Here’s a glimpse into my journey of finding happiness in life.

In 2005, I pursued Fine Arts in college because it was the one area where I felt truly confident. After 11 years in customer service, I left a toxic corporate environment where I felt unacknowledged—and was once told, “You’ll never succeed in design industry without connections in the Philippines.”

That didn’t stop me—my perseverance took over, and I kept moving forward.

In 2017, I launched an Etsy store, enjoying design, but it wasn’t enough to support us. Soon after, I was introduced to Kajabi and joined their customer support team. I started in technical support, assisting thousands of Kajabi Heroes, from basic tasks to complex troubleshooting, and earning “Best in Customer Satisfaction” and “Top Customer Service Representative” awards in 2018. I became the first Filipino on Kajabi’s VIP Implementation Team, focusing on page design, email campaigns, setting up courses, and funnels while helping potential clients assess if Kajabi was the right fit for them.

In early 2020, I gracefully left Kajabi and pursued my passion again for design and joined Fiverr, achieving Top Seller status for Kajabi website design by 2021 and earning a handpicked spot in Fiverr’s elite Pro Freelancer group by 2023.

Currently, I am officially vetted as a Kajabi Expert and ranked at the top of the lists since 2023.

I get to combine my deep Kajabi expertise with my love for design, helping others thrive where I excel —And I’m not just saying that for the kudos. The true satisfaction comes from doing what I love, and the gratitude and trust I receive from my clients is what truly fuels my passion and makes it all so rewarding.
